I thought this did a solid job covering the basics, and for someone just getting started, it’s definitely useful. That said, the more advanced sections felt thin to me. I don’t think it’s bad, but I do think it’s only fair to say it may not meet expectations if you’re looking for deeper, more complete guidance.

I liked that there were hands-on exercises because that’s usually how I learn best, and they did help me practice the basics. That said, I personally found some parts a bit confusing, and I wish the answers had more explanation behind them. For me, it was helpful overall, just not as smooth or clear as I was hoping

Billing worked fine for me. I was just trying to get it done quickly before heading out for errands, and I didn’t run into any issues or weird delays. Everything went through like it was supposed to.

I’m kind of annoyed more study materials don’t do this. The diagrams made the hard parts so much easier to understand, and every step having a picture instead of just a wall of text helped a lot. I could actually study without getting bored or frustrated, which makes me blame the usual boring guides even more.

If they don’t make this smoother, I’d probably look at other platforms next time instead of coming back.

I started using DesignGurus as a total beginner. At first, it felt good. The early explanations were simple, easy to follow, and I was like, okay, I can actually do this. But then later on… not always. Some topics started moving a bit too fast for me. A few sections felt kind of rushed, and I had to pause and look things up somewhere else just to really understand what was going on. So yeah, I wouldn’t say it’s bad. It helped me. Just not perfectly. If you already know a little bit, you’ll probably get more out of it. But if you’re starting from zero, there might be moments where you feel a bit lost.
